Who, What, Where, When & Why

Who: My name is Shannon Gibbons and i am 22 year old woman who goes to Missouri State University for Early Childhood Education. I am a Cali girl by heart, so i love the beach and outdoors! I have been married to my husband, Aaron, for 2 years now and love the life God has given me. What: This is a blog is for my husband. He was diagnosed with Celiacs Disease about 1 1/2 years ago. Its been a tough road for both of us having to uproot his diet from a poor college students 50cent top-romon to the 4$ box of soggy pasta. Where: Where is Springfield Missouri, the 3rd largest town in the state. When: That is now! For nearly 2 years we have tried to work out the kinks when it comes to Aaron's diet and for 2 years there are many places we still don't have a clue. And Why: We want to work on the knowledge and dedication it takes to live gluten free. We will do this by helping others who are just now finding out this problem that estimated 40% of americans have, by creating a network where we can share our favorite brands, recipes, variations, mixes and all other things gluten free! We are doing this to help those of you in need of new ideas, a new set of kitchen rules, and help with a new way of life for not just the person with celiacs but your whole family.
